So just ran umod updater again and the valheim_server_Data folder have ended up inside the Manager folder again.
uMod Agent - (1.2.240)
UPDATE: Does it everytime. You can see the ROOT folder is 112 and you can see that on Powershell.

That isn't the latest version of the agent. Please update the latest via the initial step.
So after the last time I messaged, I was on an older version and calytic mentioned not being able to reproduce on the latest version, which is when I updated and got the version (1.2.240). However, updating again today seems to have fixed the issue. Version 1.2.259
