How do I give console access to give kits to people, I am setting up Tebex and want them to be able to recieve a kit upon purchasing. I don't know how I grant console access to give people kits. Any ideas?

Scroll down to the bottom to the "Commands" section, add a command "When a player purchases this package" - "givekit {id} kit.name"

I think you are correct, server owners have been saying for years that they want to use a console command for kits but there isnt one, I could be wrong but a quick (or long) look through previous threads/posts for Kits should confirm it

Use with Wulf's Give plugin

Once installed you can run the command in rcon
givekit {kitname} {id}

Just worked for me. But I'll double check that it can be given to players without admin permissions.
EDIT: worked fine for a normal player.

Always has (its in the documentation) but it comes down to whether you want players to have the give command
