How do you give kits through console I've given myself the permission but the command isn't listed

I'm also interested in this if it's available. I'm trying to use Tebex and it can't issue the in-game chat command to give a kit due to BetterChat. So having console command would be the workaround as that is a non-issue. Thanks!
