Getting an increased number of reports from my players stating they are getting kicked/removed from their clan whenever they log off(also getting unauthed on TC, codelocks, etc.). I do not know what is causing this, please advise.
Note: I do also use the ClanTeams, FriendlyFire and AutomaticAuthorisation plugins together with the clan system.

I just downloaded the mod myself and it seems clans_data.json is not saving.
There was a fix given at the previous page and I have tried it too, can confirm it's working so if you want it to be every minute put 1 instead of 60 and so on.
I have a scheduled restart every day at 6 am. After every restart, I get reports from my players that their clan is no longer there and they can't access their doors (I also use the autotuhorization plugin).
Please advise as to what I should do to fix this/help me understand what I am doing wrong.
Note: no other plugin is removing/deleting their files (config, data or anything else); so this is an anomaly.

Hi,
I have installed Clans but when I create a clan the clan is not saved. If you logout and come back the clan is lost. I checked the /data/clans_data.json and there is nothing in this file, even though the clan was created. (until we logoff).
Any advice?

I have run a number of testas adding and removing other plugins to check for compat issues. no difference. also tried setting the write permissions, but this is not the issue. Anyone?
Try changing the save setting from 600 to 10 or from 60 to 1 (the setting says it's in seconds, but in actuality it's in minutes, which is why it isn't saving). This should resolve your issue.
It seems quite clear to me this plugin is unmaintaned. There is a new, upgraded, paid version out by the same developer. I doubt he'd take the time to patch this one up.crowingIts more of a spotty issue for me. I run a full month long wipe. The clan data is saving, but it seems to be only for some of the players. But on the other hand, there are players who have been in clans almost all wipe long, and suddenly over the past day, they were removed from their clan.
I attempted to change the save time intervals, and this also had no effect, and players were being dropped off from their clans. Just an odd issue for me, as it effects some of the players, but others remain uneffected.
It actually isn't by the same. The paid one was originally another developer's plugin, which he inherited.
