I seen some servers have plugins where the moment someone says anyting racist in chat, they are auto kicked. How do do this? Thanks

I think they might be using Better Chat and modules for it.

I unfrotunately dont believe this is along the lines of what IM looking for? This is simply just changing names and colors within the chat? I want someting kind of kicking trigger to hit on the person who says "X" words?

Better Chat is the base mod for many other mods, you have to look through the 'used by' section. Better Chat Filter might be what you're looking for.
