Okay, I will resume because you are not helping me at all .... I would like an NPC to launch a chat command (ex: / ...) for the player who interacts with him ... Or so, how to make my little plugin compatible with "HumanNPC".

Use NPCTP plugin. https://umod.org/plugins/npc-tp

But, it's only command console, not command chat

for command use chat.say /<command here>        and onplayer true..   will update now so this should work.
