I decided to give it a go since Snivel said they had no issues. I created a zone. Essentially a safe zone. Started building and have not had any issues for quite a few hours. I have the same zone flags as I did when it wasn't working (after the inital update last week). Before I'd go to build in the zone and the server would crash. Now it seems to be happy, we shall see once I finish and users start entering the zone. :D

The server crash/restart bug when building in an active zone has returned for me with today's (June 14, 2019) server+client update. Using ZoneMananger 2.5.15 on Oxide 2.0.4228. Settings for the zone are as follows:
