I saw that there was way to much bonus at night with ResourcePerLevelMultiplierAtNight set to 1.5.  After I adjusted ResourcePerLevelMultiplierAtNight to 1 I didn't see any change.  Then I turned night bonus off altogether by setting enable night bonus to false and still the same issue this is what I get at max level of 75.  Not sure what I could be doing wrong.
