Since last wipe, all levels get stuck at 98% level 1. Level up is broadcast but xp and levels don't change :/

Similar here. One player reported 99% crafting lvl19 and I am stuck at 1% lvl 20 crafting. Other levels seems to be progressing still strangely. Config has level cap set to 200 for all. Seemed to start happening after recent plugin update.

As stated in the documentation Crafting will not go past level 20 , I have found that if i set other levels over 200 the gather rate actually reduces by a marked amount after reaching level 200 so i set it back to 200 again, But after last game update percentage sticks at 99%.

I guess I missed that. Good to know. That said doesn't explain why I have a player stuck at 99% of lvl 19.
I had the same issue, so I turned off notifications (```enableLevelupBroadcast": false,```) to stop the on screen spam and suddenly they would level normally.
Re-enabled it (set it to true) and sure enough, I get the spam and stuck at 95-99% level bug again.
Not sure WHAT bug is being caused by that, but something with it is preventing leveling.
I'd leave it off for now. (Leave it false!).

This testing was all done while the server I was working on was live, which might have played a role.
