Ive not altered or messed with the files themself and ive deleted and downloaded again and reinstalled, the files arent compiling the error in JSONLint testing is as follows

The plugin is not a JSON file. The error you see with the compiler means the plugin was either modified wrongly, downloaded incompletely, or corrupted by whatever method you upload to your server.
