Some people like it since its brutal and handy to tell when someone is down but others think its too loud and annoying.

Please let players enable/disable it on command. Like /ws on or /ws off.

You could use Custom Chat Commands and make one yourself.

Im an edit the config guy only lol. i dont have any ability to code..

If you use Custom Chat Commands, you only need to edit the config to make a custom comand.
