Check your oxide/logs for errors and provide more details on what exactly isn't working, what you are seeing, etc.

So what exactly is happening when a player joins the server?

nothing, no message in chat i would love to have this on my server 

how do you know no message in chat?
You might not see the connect msg sometimes due to it's called before you fully wake up on the server and ofc you can't see the disconnect one

i did a new installation of my server and now it works, the only thing i need to change is the command if i write /info dont work 

The /info command does not exist in this plugin, the message is just an example. (that's what the other thread "issue" is)

The Welcomer plug-in does broadcast properly when players join or leave but typing /info into chat results in a command not found message from the server.  Should this be typed into the console instead?

Or do I need to set a permission for all users to see that information?

That is an example, it doesn't actually provide the /info command.

Hmm I don't understand your response.  Your plug in tells the client to type "/info" to get rules, etc but your saying that this is not an actual feature of the plug in?

That is an example, a default message. All this plugin does is show messages on connection.
