I am trying to give permissions to everyone and getting a problem. Here is my command and error
oxide.grant group default welcomer
Permission 'welcomer' doesn't exist

If the command is not found, the plugin is not loaded. This plugin also does not use a permission for it to work, it only has one to not show the welcome message, which you can see by reading the helpful info on the plugin's page.
I get the welcome message. But the /info is where I am getting the problem. It says unknown command. What do I do to fix this?
Strange because the welcome message that is Generated say Welcome to me and where I am from, then below it says to type /info for help and server rules. Is that a seperate plugin?
i have downloaded the plugin and put it in the plugin folder, but it dont work what can i do?
