Vanish is messing with normal players, making it so things are disappearing and they can't see anything unless they are in Vanish. Cars, Boxes, Buildings.

Vanish doesn't effect the networking for players who aren't vanished.  We're the normal players in vanish before having issues ?

Admins didn't an have issue, I'm thinking it might be the plugin I'm testing for Nikedemos. but I have to wait for the server to restart. I'll talk to him if unloading the plugin fixes the issue.
