"If a player was vanished on disconnection keep them vanished on reconnect": true,

I run admin panel in addition to vanish. I exit the game by moving myself under the world. Upon awakening (not after a restart) admin panel and the game say I am vanished, however, I am not in 'no clip'. I have to turn off and turn on vanish again in order to exit the underworld.

Is this expected? Can no clip re-engage on reconnect as well with vanish?
