Anyone else having this issue?

Error while compiling: Vanish.cs(418,21): error CS1525: Unexpected symbol `end-of-file'

Loaded 1.3.1 and got that error. After several reload attempts, unloaded 1.3.1 stopped server and completely purged Vanish from applicable folders. Restarted server, re-downloaded fresh Vanish 1.3.1 copy, loaded, and same error. Reverted back to 1.3.0 and no issue.

You can find a solution to this in numerous threads on our forums. This happens when either your upload tool changes the encoding of the file, or the server tries to read the plugin while it is being uploaded due to how the tool handles the upload. Neither are issues with the plugin itself.
