So I am trying to use the command, /vanish... And its telling me that this command is restricted. Contact the server owner if you should feel it should be otherwise. 

I deleted it from the plugins, the config everywhere it would be then reinstalled it. Same issue. I even tried to revoke it from the group and the player aka me. And its still telling me the samething. Not sure what else to do :(.
