I need to clean 4 groups of each wipe. How do I do this with this plugin?

I will delete it like this, but will the temporary entries be deleted in the plugin?

Not that I know of, you probably need to use the removegroup command listed on this plugin's page or delete the data file under oxide/data for all.

I had to manually delete the groups, then re-create them. and then manually edit the plugin config to leave VIP and Premium.
