hello just install the latest version of this plugin but i can not get the jpipes to transfer materials into anything any help or info would be great

Can I check what containers you have joined? The furnaces, recyclers, fireplaces and refineries have an autofilter on them.
Also just double checking you have installed this mod (you mentioned jpipes).

yes it was this mod    i tried to run pipes to a large box a large furance and nothing would leave the mining quarrry

Not sure. Only things I can think of are:

• Pipes are directional. Make sure it shows it going from the quarry to the box/furnace in the pipe menu,
• You need to be connected to the output not the input of the quarry. 
• The flow rate of the grade of pipe is set to 0 in the config.

nothing i do will let the matrial flow i tried box to box   quarry to box and nothing  
i even tried to reinstall it ang nothing

Very odd. Are you getting any messages when the plugin loads in?
