Option for entity owner check prior to allowing pipe to be setSuggestion

Issue was found on a PVE server's that players can add pipes to quarries/pumpjacks that they do not own, an in turn steal the materials coming out of them. I know there is an easy solution to this, make sure that there are TC's placed around the quarry/pumpjacks, but an option to disallow access to anyone who is not the entity owner, would be greatly beneficial to pve servers.

As you could imagine entity count becomes a very real issue on PVE servers, so anything to reducy entity count is beneficial, so if players dont have to place a TC and many foundations this could help the servers.

I will see what I can do. This will prevent groups from working on the same thing as only one person can be the owner.

Are you using a plugin to prevent direct access to the quarry/pumpjack?
If so what plugin are you using, I may be able to interact with it to determine if they can create a pipe.

I know this went "stale" but I am using PreventLooting but players are still able to hit the Quarry with a hammer and create a pipe. Hope this helps a little
