After the newest force update on the 6/6/19 none of the commands are working like /s and after redownloading the plugin and the .json file it still doesnt seem to be working

Did you check your oxide/logs for errors?

same for me, think it's to do with Image Library. You might need to update this as when it's not detected it unloads the plugin.
Just tried it, log out put below....

23:21 [Warning] [ServerRewards] Image Library not detected, unloading ServerRewards

Yes, you’d need to update ImageLibrary.
