I downloaded a plugin but it doesn't seem to be working. This isn't my first time installing a mod, so I know it's not an issue with the installation process. I put the ServerRewards plugin in the "plugins" folder, and it created all the necessary configuration files. However, when I enter the server and use the command "/s", it says that it's an unknown command.

Can you please help me troubleshoot this issue?

In the console, type command "o.version" ,  current version is 2.0.5774
If not, check your oxide installation.
also type command o.plugins to verify if plugin is loaded

Thank you for getting back to me quickly. I see that I have the version you mentioned installed. However, when I check my mods, it shows that the ServerRewards plugin is currently unloaded:

05 ServerRewards - Unloaded

Do you have any suggestions on how to solve this problem? I appreciate your help!

try o.reload ServerRewards 

I tryed it, it says = 

This is because the plugin need the other plugin image library  to be able to start

Its solved !Thank you very much Lorenzo !! If i want to coordinate the ServerRewards with PlaytimeTracker do i need another extra mod so it works? Its my last question :)

What i want to achieve is that players earn points for being online and then they can use those points to buy things on the menu of ServerRewards

plugin playtime-tracker does not have any dependency, you should be ok
