hi, i made some kits available via server rewards but some players are able to redeem it and some get 'you dont have enough points' error problem is the kit cost is ZERO. any tips?

I also had this issue now. I had 0 points and the kit costs 0 points, but did not allow me to buy it. So I added 1 point for myself. After adding 1 point I was able to buy the kit at 0.
