I have put the ServerRewards.cs into my plugins folder but when i got ingame and oxide load it nothing it working, I type /s and it says unknown command, anyone know the fix??

That would mean the plugin is not loaded. Check your oxide/logs for errors and make sure you are installing the plugin in the right location (oxide/plugins by default).
