No, the Rust client doesn't support that in any way.

Okay, thanks for answering. Anyways, is there any plugin that can create a popup? I think that this exists because I think I saw it in one server.

Popups yes, but not really in the scope or purpose of this plugin.

hi, i dont use it but maybe this do it a "popup" GUI message. https://umod.org/plugins/gui-announcements
But why you dont use the InfoPanel message field with a message link to your discord do it in a color wich u see it. blue, red i dont know :p

You can't, clickable links aren't possbile in Rust.
