Have you checked your oxide/logs for errors?

The error that i see is this
20:30 [Warning] Waiting for another application to stop using script: ClansKIVTS
20:30 [Error] Plugin filename Clans_KIVTS.cs must match the main class Clans (should be Clans.cs)

Rename it to Clans.cs

ok I will do it when I download the plugin the default name is Clans_KIVTS.cs

It should be downloading as Clans.cs, but some browsers may not handle it properly.
