Rust server high ram usage

I'm about to give up, installed Grafana, checking stuff but I don't understand a lot about the plugins. I see something using like stacks 500MB and I'm shocked but maybe that's notmal. The damn server is in a frozen state after some time of operation and can't even wait for the next daily restart. Any tips you can give me? Like Completely disable the NPC movement (that's stupid but idk) or tell me which plugins can be heavy in general as a plugin types?

r you using any plugins like better npc or anything? that modifying the default npc's? try disabeling that first and see if the fps gets better. Do you got any stack plugins?  teleport to 0 0 0 and see if there is tuns of garbage there.

Not sure what's heavy or not but now I saw on Grafana this and I'm worried a bit.

Also I have the vanilla Scarecrow Population cvar set to 1.1 like 20 NPC's of these populated on the entire map (no any npc plugins or anything)
And I have stacks because of course I have x2 server, how can I do it without a stack plugin, like that's the core/base.
I don't like having stuff below the map or at 0,0,0 that's why I removed a lot of plugins in  the month without carng about what players love. Taxi leftovers at 0,0,0 - removed NPCTaxi, something else under, removing the corresponding plugin as well. I only have PortableLocker/Furnaces but it's permission based and used by 5 players in total so it's OK.

Btw now i saw these lights at 0 0 0, any ideas? Also is there a plugin to force clear everything below the map level? With a whitelist for locker/furnace only.

The problem with

was caused due to attack on my server IP and the hos confirmed this... also now it's stable again but the ram proble is still a huge issue. And I'm unsure what it can be done The ceiling lights leftovers are also not ok.

Seems to use the most resources whats this plugin do?

How  you found out it's using the most resources? The seconds? Can this vary from time to time? For example if I run plugins command now when someone is using the plugin A and it's doing it's full operaiton to see for the plugin A a lot of seconds while later nobody uses this plugin and it's with less seconds?

Furnace Sorter is like the furnace splitter but from ChaosCode. The reason I use it is because the uMod plugin doesn't work properly with cusotm interface scale. Players with big monitors have it set to less than 1.0 and the umod Furnace Splitter doesn't account this properly. :(
