Have you reconnected to the server after adding yourself as an owner/moderator?

yes i have left the server shut down the game and started it all back up even..
In Rcon or server window
ownerid <your steam id>
writecfg
Reconnect to server

the server window.. i dont have rcon.
why don't you have rcon? that's nothing to do with adding yourself as an admin.

dont know anything about it... i did try to set it up now but when i try to add my server to my account on the websit it tells me {Invalid IP. The server IP must be a public IPV4 IP.} so i thought that was because im not trying to run a public server.
if you're new i'd suggest you go and watch some "srtbull" on YT hell explain how to setup and host a server, and set yourself up as admin.

ive done all that. ive followed many yt videos on how to do it.. i can log into the server just fine and i am listed as owner but it still is not allowing me to use the f1 commands.. i can add plugind and have all them work just fine.. i am doing this for just me and my daughter to have a private server.
You say you are "listed as owner" - where exactly?
BigCountry76the server window.. i dont have rcon.
so in the server window not F1 you did
ownerid YourSteamIdHere
writecfg
Yes then I also looked in server identity and made sure I showed as owner in there as well...

so if you open users.json in server\cfg it shows you as owner? you sure u got the correct steamID
if you do o.version in server window whats it show?
yes it does shows me as owner in the users.json and i got my steam id off steamid.io.
> o.version
Command 'o.version' not found
If none of the oxide. prefixed commands work, Oxide is not installed. Make sure you aren't uninstalling Oxide each server start by running SteamCMD with validation each start, which would replace modified files. I'd suggest installing it again and verifying again.
If you are properly set as owner/moderator and are able to use F1 functionality, then you'd be able to use oxide. commands (when Oxide is installed).
