I tried over ethernet and it's the same, I tried hosting it on my main PC with ethernet, same result. It's all ports open, but there isn't going traffic through 28015.

Okay, so when I set my router to a static IP obtain mode, the IP from which I access the server locally, changes to the Huawei splitter in the way, external ip joining still doesn't work, and for some reason when I switch it to the static IP obtain mode, the internet on the 2,4 GHz dissapears and it's only on the 5.8 GHz band. I don't know what kind of witchery this is but I am determined to get this server going somehow.

I came to the conclusion that my ISP is blocking the Rust server itself. Thanks for the help...
