There is a Player List plugin, and Wipe Info ones as well. I'd suggest using the keywords and searching under the Plugins section.

I'd suggest searching the Plugins section for those keywords to find what is available publicly. The Help Text plugin can add any text, so it doesn't mean there is a specific plugin being used.
