High entity count
For a good while now a fresh 4K starts at around 30-40K. A week later with 15 pop 150K. This is with nightly restarts and I block mushrooms and chickens. 200K-300K is a lot, imo. I use 98 mods.
570K ent.'s is imo a lot.
Usually on the servers I run and have ran, with 70+ plugins, 2 week wipe, 4K map and 50+- pop, we end up on 300-350K ent.'s just before wipe.
That being said, I have never had a 100x server but I know that even with ZLevels maxed out at 40x, people tend to build all kinds of crazy stuff and then just leave it.
For that same reason I have used auto purge the get rid of ent.'s from people who haven't logged on for 3-4 days.

If you use GUIAnnouncement, it has an in-built server restarter that works great with good announcements and I would reccomend restarting at least once per 24 hours as you already do.
What OS are you running on your box ?

I'm running the server on Windows.
It's just my experience that people build giant RP like things that isn't raid juicy and with 100x it's easy to fill the TC with 2 weeks of upkeep.
In those cases autodecay won't help if the player was online for 2-3 days and you then don't see him/her again till next wipe.
You know best yourself if there are a lot of big bases on your server, i mean, there must be something with a 570K ent. count. xD
I am curious though how you get to an ent. count of 570K after 12 days when all your players has access to that many WMD's.
Regarding OS, you don't really need to restart the box as running the server has no meddleing with OS, but if it makes you feel good.. ;o)
