Have the ability to prevent RestoreUponDeath from working in certain zones.

So if you die in a Restore Upon Death zone and spawn in a prevent RestoreUponDeath zone you won't get our stuff back.

PvE is the priority on my server, would like to add a PvP zone but can't if I want to keep using this plugin.
