Hi!

I'm trying to use Private Messages over RCON and am finding that "chat.say" over RCON doesn't seem to work. Could you please register a console command for private messaging so admins can send private messages over RCON and use private messages with "command" features offered by other mods such as shops, event plugins, kits, etc.?

Actually, I see now there actually already is one. It's `pm [name] [message]`, just like in-game but without the slash. It would be nice if this could be documented on the plugin page under Commands.
