Player type /shop in chat, opens gui.  Gui has things like "Backpack", "Teleportation", "Instant Craft", which they can purchase with scrap or whatever the server owner wants to use as payment.  The player pays the price and instantly receives the permission to have a backpack, to teleport, or to instantly craft items.  Tell me this can be done.

This may not be possible. If you want to use real currency, that has to be done via a website using an integration with something like Tebex Donate.  If you want to use in-game currency, like Economics, then it's possible.  You might consider GUI Shop in that case.

Didn't mean real money.  Meant items like scrap, paper, etc.
