I'm having the same issue and I actually found this plugin from GameServerKing after they helped diagnose my server cause I kept hitting the ram limit. They installed this plugin and found tens of thousands of planners and what not. I cut my entities from 340k to 150k, but now it's up to 180k today and 10k of those are planners

The list goes on which you can check with objtop 50 from Object Remover, but yeah it should never have that many of all these. Looks like one of the plugins is leaking items which is causing high RAM usage.
