Okay you told me it was better to ask than to mess it up, so I am asking the process to get them to run a mod command
the command is a chat command  /tankspawn
I would like him to charge 5000 scrap 5000 metal frags and 20 gears
so step by step how do i get him to do these things?  like the chat commands? and how do i get him to say he will build them a tank for thses supplies?

I would also like to make another simular npc  that could spawn in a scrap heli

Also, on human npc where do i get the mod NPC Music Player?

they can not run chat commands only counsol commands.

what would commands for that be to make the bot charge the above amounts before running the command?
