I've used this mod for a while now to power light sources... suddenly as of the new patch, quarries are not using fuel even for groups that have no permissions from this mod at all.  "Require permission to ignore fuel consumption" is set to true.   Removing the mod and reloading oxide instantly fixes the problem so it definitely has something to do with the mod and the update.  Any suggestions?
