Ever since the halloween update, several plugins have borked to hell and back. This seems to be one of them. I've tried reinstalling it from scratch, tried finding old installs and doing it that way, but now I have it installed fresh, and its telling me the permissions dont even exist. So I'm at a loss.

What exactly is the issue? If a permission "doesn't exist", then more than likely the plugin is not loaded. Did you check your oxide/logs for errors?
