Information about decay on TC
So I am working on trying to do 25% of the normal decay and none and some stuff. but I change the rate from 0.5 to 0.2 didn't see a time change on the tool Cubered. If you see the 0.2 I had them at 0.5 didn't notice a time change when I reloaded the plugin. can anyone help?

The "Mutipliers" are a multiplier for normal decay.  So, 25% of normal would be 0.25.  However, if the user stocks materials in their cupboard, the standard Rust decay and upkeep is in play.
