Im trying to understand the mechanics of this plugin and I have a few questions
If I set 'Disable for all entities' to true does it disable decay for ALL entities on the map? or just things within TC range?
Also, does settings that to true negate the need to add things like high walls and furnaces to the "other multipliers" list?

First question: It will only require the entity to be within tc range if you set it like that in config. So if you have "Disable for all entities" and "Require Tool Cupbard" entities outside of tc range will still decay.
Second question: You won't have to put things in the "other multipliers" list if you have "Disable for all entities" enabled.

One other question.. Now that there is no decay, it seems that that self-repairing base function of upkeep no longer works, and players have to manually repair their entire base. Do you know of a way to keep decay off, but allow for self healing to occur if resources are in the tc?
Hmm, it shouldn't be preventing the base from auto repairing, just from decaying. Are you sure that there are sufficient resources in the tool cupboard?
