The nodecay is following the "cupboard range" and not the building privilege. Everything past the 30m range is decaying help?
Id like it to follow the building priv so that things out of priv will decay.

Completely forgot to answer your question sorry. It should affect either things in building privilege and then the "cupboard range" if its extends past the building privilege.
