To do for auth people on tc not just the owner

I don't understand what you are trying to say, sorry. Are you making a feature request? If so could you try to explain what you are trying to say.

so idont know but what if we give this to a vip and and his team mate builds the base will it decay? if so can we add to check tc to see if someone with the permisons has auth on the tc to block it from decaying

Ok I understand now, I don't  see why not. I'll add this at some point when I have time to.
