Looks like it has stopped working after the "Lighting the Way" update. No spawns

I cant get it to work post update. Is it possible there is a plugin conflict? When I use improved scarecrows, it works.

Well...after I posted this I reinstalled the plugin and was soon chainsawed to death. 10/10. Dont know what changed but I'm glad
