What ended up being the issue? I can't seem to get anything to spawn.

Well, it seems I had an typo in my .json file. I removed it and let the plugin write a new one. That's when I wrote "Never Mind I found the issue". However even with the new .json file nothing is still spawning.

have same issue no zombies and no announcement (true) when spawn time comes
