Hello, I've added this plugin to the server we're working on, and player are reporting that the clothed scarecrows take far to many hits to kill where mag dumping them is needed. Any chance for an update allowing them to change how much hp they have?

Yeah sure, I can incorporate that into the rewrite which I'm currently working on. It's nearly ready just needs some more in the way of optimisation.
Thanks, unsure if this is also to much to ask, or if this is already a thing, but is there a way to make it so if you kill a zombie during the night you can get loot from their corpses, but once they die during the day from burn damage there is not loot?
Set the "Kill Murderers" config option to false if you are using the 0.9.0 version, or the "Leave Corpse" option to false if you are using the rewrite.
[Update] - found the updated version thanks for the rewrite <3 - i'd like to note though for the population what do you mean by "per square km" does that mean per square on the map there will be X zombies spawning? It seemed that we had none spawning in some areas but more in others.
"per square km" refers to the distance in game size won't correlate to the grid squares since they are 150m x 150m.
I don't handle the spawning of the zombies, it just lets Rust spawn them as they would during the halloween updates. So I don't really have control of where they spawn.
