You could try reducing the zombie count, or you could try using "slow destroy" which can be enabled in config.

I have set to slow destroy and count zombie 20 sometimes I see the error but server is not crashing.
it has to do with the RAM and the CPU  is what I say true ??    then I increase my RAM and CPU power !
