is it possible to split the option metabolism.spawn

i think its better if i can set the metabolism seperate on join and spawn.
on spawn player can abuse it and do always f1 kill

the best option would be if the plugin recognizes the player joint for the first time since the wipe on the server and gets the set power in the config

and when deleting the data file is wipe.
