It is possible for me to make changes to support integration with those plugins. I did not originally implement that support because the design was unclear and I wanted to get feedback from the community first.
Please describe how you would like the integration to work. For example, do you want to allow multiple containers and turrets? Do you want to be able to control their positions? Do you want to allow players to control their positions? Do you want to allow players to deploy them, or do you want them to be deployed automatically when the mega drone spawns? Do you want to have multiple presets of mega drones, each that have different attachments and cooldowns? Do you want to allow players to remove them? Please be as precise as possible in your requirements or else I may not implement what you are expecting.
Please don't simply answer "yes I want all of that to be configurable" since that is a non-trivial amount of work, and I have dozens of plugins and features planned for other plugins, so I have to be judicious in terms of what I decide to take on here, and also careful to avoid design issues that will hinder maintenance in the future.

Upside-down turrets is not recommended because the turret head will not be upside-down, and that is not fixable.
As for carrying passengers, would you like chairs or just to allow players to stand on it? If just standing, installing the Ridable Drones plugin will add that capability as long as the drone owner has the right permission.
Given that you want to allow players to deploy multiple turrets and boxes, would you want them to do this incrementally? For example, would the player run the command to deploy one turret, then run the command again to deploy the second turret? That is approximately the design I was planning for a Vehicle Turrets plugin, where the positions are based on the server config, and the command adds the turret to the nearest position the player is looking at. If I go that route, I may wait until I have implemented the Vehicle Turrets plugin and simply add the Mega Drone as a supported vehicle. In the mean time, I may make something quick to make mega drones able to spawn with attachments which cannot be removed.

It would be the nearest preconfigured position. So in the config, you would decide the preconfigured positions, and depending on where the player is aiming, it would find the nearest of those. For example, with Modular Car Turrets, if you run the command to add a turret to a car, it finds the nearest module the player is aiming at. The only difference with other vehicles such as the mega drone is that the positions are not clearly marked, whereas on a car the positions obviously correspond to the modules.dslinetdeploying to the nearest item position? for a mega drone? is this even possible?
