I'm not great by figuring out how a config works without some instructions. Could you perhaps tell me on how the blacklist works? For example I want to blacklist the following command: [1/22/2019 11:33:09 AM] 213.10.8.92 ran command: playerlist since this happens every 30 seconds.

Just add "playerlist" to the list in the config, save, and reload the plugin. There's an example on the plugin's page.
