I am not sure if this is a mod suggestion for Logger OR if it is a new mod request.  I could not find a mod like this.  I would like a mod that works by logging the location of the player when certain events occur (e.g. firing, wounded, death, raiding, etc) and it would also log any awake / sleeping (annotated as such) players that are within a certain radius of the current player.

So if JoeBean is raiding FredM and his roommate BobCat is sleeping in thier base it light look like this:

(time stamp) JoeBean (steamID; -1336, 43, 998) fired a round at a armored door owned by BobCat (steamID; sleeping 2cm -1342, 43, 988).  BobCat (steamID; sleeping 2cm -1342, 43, 988) & FredM (steamID; awake <1cm -1335, 39, 995) are within 2cm.

The types of included events and the cm radius could be in the config.

I need it because when I run a paid contest I would like to have a record of who was doing things and who was with them at the time.
